How we run zero-injury tower crews

Tower crew at height

Tower climbing is consistently ranked among the most dangerous jobs in America. Our target is zero injuries — not “low.” That target is only realistic because it’s a system, not a slogan.

Before anyone climbs

Every climb starts on the ground, every day, no matter how routine the site:

  • Harness, lanyard and hardware inspection — logged, not glanced at.
  • Structural walkdown of the tower base, anchors and climbing facility.
  • Rescue plan reviewed out loud: who rescues, with what, from where.
  • Weather call belongs to the foreman. Nobody talks a crew up a wet tower.

Training is not an event

A safety briefing you heard once is not protection. Our Center of Professional Excellence puts every new hire through mandatory training before their first site, pairs them with experienced climbers, and re-certifies skills on a schedule. The skill-level improvement program means the person torquing your mounts has demonstrated that skill — recently.

Why customers should care

A crew that follows safety process follows quality process; the discipline is the same muscle. Injuries stop projects, void schedules and drag every stakeholder into paperwork. Our full liability coverage is the backup plan — the plan is that nobody gets hurt.
