Scope of work
- Relocate (3) Ericsson AIR 6449 antennas at position 2, all sectors
- Install (3) Ericsson AIR 6419 at proposed RAD center
- Install (3) SitePro1 P30120 mast pipes with SCX45-K crossover plates
- Reinforce horizontal members of T-arms
- Install (1) 6AWG DC trunk to final ground configuration
How it went
A permitted 5G capacity upgrade on an active macro site: existing massive-MIMO antennas moved down to make room for new mid-band units at the proposed RAD center, with mounts and T-arms reinforced to carry the added load. The site stayed on air throughout — work was sequenced sector by sector to keep coverage up.
